Weather: nice

5 x mile at 30-40 sec slower than 5k pace, felt pretty bad before we started and for the first interval but felt much better for the rest of them, hit 5:23, 5:42, 5:31, 5:28, 5:23, good workout overall and definitely could have done them a lot faster but the pace felt good, had about 3 min jog rest in between each one
