Weather: sunny, getting warm by the end
Comments:
felt good, we did some little dirt hills by the bluffs. my quads felt like they were about to explode up the long hill, but it was a really good feel--the pump. Most of the rest of the ride was nice and easy, spent most of it trying to master biking with no hands, i think i've got it down now, finally. overall legs still hurt from yesterday.
