Upping the milage

Weather: sunny, perfect

Comments:
felt pretty good, went out a bit too fast (2nd mile was 6:25) so i ended with a positive split, but overall a really good run. The bike path out here is pretty nice, and there are a lot of little dirt trails that go down to what's left of the river, so i'm going to check those out on wednesdays run.

I'm feeling good about starting to up the milage now and today's run felt great.
