Comments:
12 miles w/ 10 at marathon pace, which is slower than tempo but faster than easy running. It was around 6:15 for me today, which was fine. Did the MP on the track so I could get the pace down pat. Felt pretty good until the last mile or so cause about 10 people got on the track and were running the "right" way, while I was going backwards since I ran the first 6 that way. Kind of got to be a pain but I finished it.

Wound up with a bunch of salt on me since I kind of stopped sweating.. I think it was just about the right temp for me when the sun went behind the clouds. The salt was super fine and tasted like table salt... it was pretty cool
