one minute rest in between
3x 800m - 2:26, 2:24, 2:24
three minute rest in between
8x 200m - around :30, some above, most below.
200m jog/rest in between
i felt tired through the 1000m repeats, but made it through ok. the 800s felt better, and the 200s felt good for the first couple, and i was about ready to give up, but coach told us to slow down, and i finished. it was a good workout. after strength at veale and an icebath, i was exhausted.
