Comments:
i ran tuesday morningish for the first time. i just felt like it'd be nice to get it out of the way. i ran alone through some trails by north park and down around shaker lake then back. good weather.
ran six barefoot striders on the field, then stretched, did hurdle drills with ben, and abs.
got to lunch late, around 1:40. my iron came in, so i took some of that with lunch.
RHR: it's been around 48 bpm lately, maybe high, maybe not, i'm not sure
