Started nice and easy, after my frosted mini-wheats made another appearance 4ish miles in (luckily there was a fully stocked porta-potty on Shelbourne) we picked it up a bit, especially on the way back down from WVC, didn't even really realize it, it felt pretty good. Also realized toward the beginning how crazy it is that we're almost done with this whole college thing, it was kind of shocking. With AM and Paul

lifted after, did the bear for the first time in about a month, and i guess it still wasn't a good idea, because my hip has been great this week and kind of bothered me as soon as i tried to do jackknives, but being the great listener of my body that i am, i just kept going. At least i've gotten a little better.
