Long Run

Comments:
Started the watch but never looked at it until I was done. Just let my legs take me a really easy pace. My legs were definitely tired from yesterday and a little sore. My breathing was also awful. It has really seemed worse than normal lately. Still this was a good 1st step. My pacing is there right now. I just need to keep increasing my long run and run some longer tempos. Shoot for a 15 mile long run next week.

R for V course + .2 out and back on Woodland.
