Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50 clouding drizzling chilly

Comments:
12pm, w/ Chi-Chris and Cali Paul; top of the hill, south of Shaker to Van Aken, then Farnsleigh and shot up Belvoir to JCU, then Beachwood Blvd to Warr.Cntr.Rd, Mayfield, Forest Hills, Lee, Terrace Road, up Forest Hills Blvd, then back to top of the hill.

we didn't have a plan for this run, but it was guided by 1) needing to make our way to JCU so I could make a pit stop, then 2) deciding to get to Forest Hills so we could run up Forest Hills Blvd which is slightly less steep but twice as long as Cedar Hill, since Coach said to run hilly runs over Fall Break to prep for Van Cortland. I was debating going longer but my legs were starting to lock up from Saturday & Sunday. still a quality long run
