Weather: cloudy, nice though
Comments:
pretty tough workout, really dug in on the hills, did 8 x down to the creek and immediate turn around and back to about 50m before the trail crossing, hitting in the low-2:50s the whole time and even though we had short 2 min recovery i still felt strong, calf is still extremely tight but just ignored it
