nighttime at north park

in retrospect, running at night is not my favorite. especially on north park. for one, there are a lot of roots to trip over/ roll one's ankles. just after i was turning around at coventry, my ankle rolled a bit over a root. it hurt for a few steps and bothered me some on the way back. when i got back, i stretched well and made sure i had adequate movement, so it ended up being fine. did a pick6 abs 30x each with 20 pushups between each set.
