Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran pretty well, could have done better. Got a 1:20 SB!! :DD Proud of our team!
Warmup: Walked/jogged whole course, then did another mile little faster than jog to really warmup
Cooldown: mile cooldown-jogging/stop to cheer occasionally, and sprinting from side to side to cheer for boys!
