this was an odd workout, I didn't feel that hot, and I ran next to no mileage today, so all that kinda frustrates me. Phil ran well and CWade and TSmith did a good job of packing it up today. It doesn't matter what 5 runners it is, but there needs to be 5 runners packed up and sub 26:00, or else we will not score top 4, period.

looking forward to crushing the run/tempo portion tomorrow since my legs should be rested from not that many miles recently and I should be able to sleep a lot tonight. I might run longer than the prescribed 15 minutes of tempo. a 20 miler 4 weeks out from Nationals is just what the doctor ordered...
