grass magnet

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run with 10 minute tempo in the middle. I honestly have no idea if it was tempo speed, but it was definitely faster. I tried to be a grass magnet as much as I could...my shins feel ten times better when I'm on the grass than on concrete. Maybe not 10, but a lot.
stretch, roll, abs+hips while watching last week's Office.
