Fartlek at Forrest Hills

Forrest Hills again for our fartlek. This workout is identicial to the one we did last year. I felt like I executed the plan pretty well. I ran the 3:30 segments hard especially the last one (Sorry Paul Curtis). And the 4min tempo segments were controled and together and not too hard just as they should be. Felt decent during the hard segments. I'm not feeling great but I'm definitly felling better than I was late last week and over the weekend.
Workout format: 3x 30sec with 45sec recovery, 3x3:30 HARD with 3min recovery, 4x4min tempo with 1min recovery
Streach, Roll, Strength, pick 10x40 abs with Blaire
