Comments:
Was planning to try for a fast time on this hilly familliar route. Started out with 2 miles of 8:45 on mostly uphill portions. Legs felt tired early on and I slowed way down, miles 5-7 in the 9:30 range with some walking. Maybe just didn't have it today, or maybe I do best starting out easy and then picking up the pace. All the same, the countdown to Richmond continues. Drank 30 and 10, no Gel.
