Weather: 45 nice

split up the long run mileage assigned for today because the earlier run felt crappy. the afternoon run felt a lot better. stretch, pushups, abs, team meeting, mental prep.

at All-Ohio and Oberlin, we/I focused on running with runners (then it was Oberlin) and I had two of my the best XC races of my career. at UAA, we/I focused on the course and we/I had a pitiful race. looks like we/I knows what the plan is for regionals. today's meeting was a good one.
