Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a warmup with some pickups, then did 2 miles all out, then we did one mile all out. We then did a cooldown back to the school and took a 10 minute icebath. Not too happy with my time even though i was 2 minutes faster than last year. My 2 mile was 13:17 and my mile was 6:23.
