Again, from Veale out to lee and back via north park. With Grogan and Joe, they definitly kept the pace upbeat, I was struggling to keep up at some times. Felt sore in the beginning, but fine by the end. Got back, hit up the PT in the training room, and then stretch, abs and Ice.

I think I am just going to hold on to 30 a week and 3 swims for a while, until I can talk to coach, and we can make up a work out schedule and a lifting schedule. Ive got the ability to run again. Now I need the speed and the strength back. It is also important to get my mental strength back too. It has definitely come a long way.
