Comments:
ran to veale then 2 mi warm up
mile repeats on the base ball field-first on the gravel, rest on the grass. 1 min rest in between:
5:59, 5:55, 5:58, 5:54
then 6 200's on the track with 200 jog in between:
38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 32
flying on the last one, and now my hamstrings are super tight
half mile on the track, then back to veale for abs, push ups and buddies from 7, then jog back home
