Weather: on the warm/hot side, sunny

Comments:
Warmed up a bit over 5 miles, did 4x100m strides on the track to get loosened up. did ACDCs on fastbowl: 800m(2:20), 1000m(3:42), 800m(2:23), 1000m(3:30), 800m(2:26), 600m(1:49). Felt rough as expected on the first one; felt like the workout ended before I was fully blown. Waited 5 minutes then did an extra 2x1800m in 5:58 and 5:58. The last half of the last one was tough, but I still didn't feel thoroughly cooked. it takes a lot of work to really wear-down the body. jogged a bit over a mile and called it a day.
