Weather: Chilly, but perfect for running
Comments:
Remapped the run on Google earth to discover that it isn't quite as long as I thought it was...only about 7.2 miles (not 7.4) ... that is somewhat disappointing. Nevertheless, started the run out quite slow... picked it up the second half which felt pretty good. Ran the last mile in under 6 minutes!!
