6x200 @ mile race pace, only 3x200 around :35s, 200 jog recovery, tweaked right hamstring, fine now (9:00pm)
2 wu, 1.1 cd, stretch, ice bath

Ran with (Nick, W, Kurt, Mark, Robert, Alex, Petro, Tim) at some point during intervals. Felt solid until right hamstring started bugging me, but is seems to be fine now. I think its about time I threw the T5's in the garbage.
