good track workout today. this was definitely harder than the last time we did mile repeats, since there was one more, and the rest was cut in half, but i did run a much smarter workout this time. all of my times were pretty close to each other, so i didnt die completely at the end, though i was about to until werneiwski helped me out the last 2 laps of the last one, which totally saved my ass. also i dropped probably the quickest deuce of my life in between the 4th and 5th miles, which was kinda rough, but totally necessary. and the 200s were faster than originally intended, but i felt real good running them, and it was great to finally let myself go on the last one after a long time without any hard sprinting.
