Getting my balls back, slowly

Felt pretty crappy when i was heading down for the workout, legs were feeling tiredish, but not too bad. Warmup was really slow and felt good, first mile interval felt like we were walking, but was about the same as last time. The workout slowly got worse as each lap went on, 5th one wasn't very solid, although i did pull my head out of my ass after 1.5 laps and kept from losing too much ground after that.

In hindsight, the workout wasn't that bad at all, I just wanted more out of it. 5:13, :12, :07, :09, :19 isn't that bad for one minute rest. probably could have run a little faster if I had gone out more conservatively (maybe a 78 instead of 76) 6x200 felt really good though, cooldown went fine, legs felt better after the ice bath than they did before the workout, so i'm thinking things are shaping up now.
