Comments:
6 x 1000 at park at the end of MLK. Felt pretty good. Our goal time was 3:25-3:40. I think we were fairly close to the 3:40 end of that for the most part. Just tried to stay with everyone, and we all ran pretty much together for the most part, so that was good.
pushups and benchdips, abs+hips, stretch, ice bath
