Sore today..I can feel the past few days now which is good because I know im working. didnt know how far i could go today so I just kept looping Kay dr which measures to .40 per loop and I did 10 loops. It is shaped like a track so when I start doing workouts can do them right on the loop. felt very tight but worked thru it. no knee pain, did not wear tendinitis band. stride very closed. stretched
