Lubin' up in preparation for tomorrow's test

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: warm, overcast, sun came out for a bit

legs felt kind of tired again on the way over to veale, got a good stretch in the training room then went runnin'. I'm not sure where all the usual suspects were, but i ended up heading out on my own, which isn't so bad i guess. First mile wasn't that great, then i started feeling really good. had a couple blips here and there when i wasn't feeling great, but overall a really solid run. I think i'm on my way back.

ran up to forrest hills, i love running up there, it's such a nice break from north park all the freakin' time. Felt kind of bad because i was passing kids practicing on the hill. Strides when i got back.

lifted after, ups when i got back home.
