Comments:
convinced corey grogan and wyatt to run a tempo with me. we went out to mlk with the goal of running a 6-mile tempo at 6:00 pace. i warmed up two. grogan said he wasn't sure if he could make it the whole way. haha. we started out at 6:00 pace exactly, the 2nd mile was 5:48, then another 5:48. on the way back it was really windy; the 4th mile was 5:55, then grogan really started to kick it. i almost couldn't hang on, but made it through in 5:38 for the 5th mile, then 5:28 for the last mile. yeah, it was real fast. i felt really good though i'm glad the workout i planned went well.
went back to veale to do abs, and hips and stretching.
