Weather: perfect

Comments:
Did some laps on the track and then around the fence. Started quick, got real slow, then got quick again. Opened stride last mile. Felt awesome to run.

Until I get a heart rate monitor, HR Max is gonna be my heart rate after each run. Target today was 155 - 165. Pick-up at the end put it a little over.
