Weather: dark and brisk
Comments:
felt tired running, legs didnt want to wake up. looped kay to grand to line, cherry, 3rd chestnut to 11th. each loop 2.5 miles. did it twice. 2nd time around felt alot better. pace fastened. stride felt strong until the end. no knee pain. stretched. no tendinitis band.
