Comments:
4 mile warm-up(10 minutes at the end @ tempo), 10x800m on the track in 2:34, 2:32, 2:33, 2:34, 2:34, 2:34, 2:34, 2:35, 2:35, 2:35, 2:37 with 70 seconds rest, 6x100m strides, and 3 mile cool down. Very tough workout, definitely happy with my times though.
