Comments:
10 minute warmup with the team. This was not a fun workout. I was feeling heavy from the start and I guess the rest of the team was too. Pat and Rob were with me through the first 3k but after that I was alone. The wind was pretty rough. Even though my body felt really sluggish today, my head was in the game, which makes me feel better about this weekend.

Seven very easy tomorrow. My knee didn't bother me during the workout but was a little stiff on the cooldown and the 200's.
