Exercise Type: Run

- coach barnes in our locker room before practice, i dont even know what he was talking about

on another note i had the weirdest dream ever. I was in veale talking to kurt who told me to go for a run. So i did and out of nowhere i was in the grassy plain. In the distance i saw what looked like a dragon and said "what is that?" Out of nowhere Kurt appears and says "its a T rex," and then promptly disappears. Then the T rex starts running down the mountain starting a stampede. I was saved because I hid behind a cabinet and put up an umbrella... it was really messed up. So long story short if you are ever caught in a stampede of T rex put up an umbrella.

On to the workout. Felt good and was doing pretty well. The last 2 long intervals were a little easier due to the footing. And i didn't feel like my top speed was good on the 30's. Overall the workout was great though.
