Dark Dog Park - Scott Style

Comments:
For those that don't know Scott likes to start off really slow and build. So, when he's in shape you start a 5 mile run at 9 minute miles(ish) and end close to 7 minute miles(ish). He slowed down about mile 3.5 but Jordan and I kept the speedup alive.

I told the shoe lady(at the Foot Zone where we started running) how many miles my shoes have. She gave me a creepy stare :)
