Comments:
Ran a mile repeat workout while Kaleb did a 200m repeat workout. The first two miles weren't that bad (took 2 min recovery after each one). The third was pretty difficult (took 3 minute recovery after it). The fourth mile was really difficult (took about 4.5 minutes afterward to wait for Kaleb to switch to trainers). The last mile was hard, but wasn't too bad. I was a little disappointed by this workout ... I wanted to run then all under 6:26 ... but alas, I did not quite accomplish this goal. I may have to readjust my goal for the 8k.
