windy. verrrrry sore from yesterday, guess that's a good thing, haha. but yeahhh, just kinda powered through and kept on a comfy pace. trying to keep up the mileage, ya know how i do. achilles only got really sore on the last lap oddly enough. but yeah, otherwise good. can't wait to be done with track runnning!!!
