Comments:
basically had a calf cramp for the past two days. haven't been able to walk properly but i though running would help. tried to do a tempoish thing but it just made my calf seize up more. i didn't want to risk anything with the tendon, which was feeling suuuuper stiff. so all of that was just two 800s, trying to stay around 7 min pace, then 1 min break jogging. but that ended after two of them so i dunno. so i stopped and i'm just kinda hoping for the best tomorrow... pretty sure this proves that i am not ready to do much racing at the moment after that 800...
