Had do w.o. on the trail, but it wasn't too bad. 10ish min warmup (1.25). Started from the 6mile marker. 10x400 at 1:15-16. Had one go 1:17. Another that went 1:13, and a one or two at 1:14. 2:15 cycle for reps. After last 4, took 2:30 rest, 2x800 (2:30 rest). Very solid, 2:33, 2:27. Overall very good workout. 1.75 down.
