Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran 2 legs of hudson relays, one down adelbert from fribley to severance, and one around severance and the library to PBL. ran really fast on the first one cause it was downhill and i got to chase someone down. the second one we were so far ahead that i dont think i ran as fast. then me and dave paced kate bush through her leg to the quad. and the freshmen dominated! it was sweet. also ran the steeple afterwards. kinda jogged it through, and ran like 12-something, but it was fun. my knee hurt real bad afterwards, and hopefully the time off helps it out.
