I felt great in this race, especially in the first 2 miles. I was leading the race for awhile because I just felt that good. My splits were 6:07 (mile 1), 12:30 (mile 2), 19:45 (mile 3) and my final time was 24:30 (6:35 min/mile)for the 6k. My 5k time (20:34) was 14 seconds off my PR and definatly my fastest 5k this season! I need to keep working on keeping up the pace in the last part of the race, but I did a lot better at that then last race.
