Comments:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
•Jogged 3/4 mile (8 minutes)
•Walke 1/2 mile (5 minutes)
•Jogged 3/4 mile (8 minutes)
The group is showing a lot of improvement. I see my presence as less of a coach, but more of a member of the group who the members can come to with questions.
