Comments:
Ran three today, It started drizzling a little bit. I absolutely LOVE that kind sof weather to run in. It didn't last long but it was a nice change. I did notcie that my muscles were pretty tight at the end of my run..Especially my calves. I've gotta remember to stretch those more!
