Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We ran at wildwood today which isn't my favorite location...
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
•Jogged 1 mile (10 minutes)
•Walked 1/4 mile (3 minutes)
•Jogged 1 mile (10 minutes)
The members are doing better than th elast workout. I think the incorporation of more running, but still a little walking is less foreign and intimidating to them.
