ALMOND BOWL! Members of the 5k training program ran this today. Unfortunately I had to work during the race, but my coworkers said that almost half the participants were members of the training group. To supplement my run, I ran 4 miles after work. It's starting to get darker earlier, which means i've gotta stick to my morning runs...
