Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jogged 2-1/4 miles (25 minutes) with no walking. Started a Annies glenn, and ran through to the second bridge, then did stretching, then ran back to the store. Starting to feel a little bit of pain in my right hip and knee.. I'm pretty sure it's due to my overall muscle tightness though. I have to remember to hydrate more as well.
