Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
three miles with the group today! Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jogged 3 miles (30 minutes). Very proud of everyone who kept the running up, and didn't walk. It was difficult for some, but for the most part everyone was able to do the mileage today..Even myself with no pain! Although, I did take ibuprofen after my run for prevenative measures.
