Comments:
Okay, this run wasn't bad at all. I was worried that I wasn't going to be ready for the 6.2 miles so I kicked it up a 1/2 a mile and I breezed through it. I ran at the gym though so this may have had an effect on that. Its been so frigid lately that my muscles just perform better in the warm.
