Weather: non-cough-inducing indoor track

Comments:
definitely didn't think i had this in me. felt pretty good considering this is my first workout in a few months... 6x400, aiming for 82-84. then 4x200, aiming for 38-40. stayed in that range although others pushed it. i really didn't want to go all out in the speed department in the FIRST WORKOUT, but whatevs. rest was like 90 seconds or so throughout. felt pretty calf crampy afterwords. mentally, it was pretty easy, which is fantastic. also, i pulled something in my abs in rehab earlier today. it hurts to laugh :(
