so it's my week off... i swam today.
warmed up with a 200

i haven't swam 600yds nonstop yet this year. so it was a good workout. i felt strong and i've decided that i like swimming when it's not competitive.
hurdle mobility drills, pick 6abs x40, hip drills.
my rhr was high this morning, so i took some vitamin c. i've gotta remember to take some for the next few days.
